Welcome to MamaBear. By downloading, installing, or using the MamaBear mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App to manage data about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
MamaBear is a free family management application that provides baby tracking, cycle tracking, chore management, grocery list management, school hub, meal planning, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed.

MamaBear is not a medical device. The App is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. Features including baby growth tracking, cycle predictions, fertile window estimates, sleep analysis, and health insights are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
Always consult your healthcare provider, pediatrician, or qualified medical professional for medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information provided by the App.
When you invite family members to share data through the App, you are responsible for ensuring that all invited members consent to the sharing of information. You may revoke sharing permissions at any time through the App's settings.
The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying code, is the property of MamaBear and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the App (including baby logs, notes, grocery lists, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the App's features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MamaBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
